How To Steam Milk
- Try to use a stainless steel pitcher for best results.
- Make sure the pitcher is cold by placing it in the fridge for a while.
- Learn how to steam milk using Nonfat or low-fat milk because it's a little harder to do with regular milk.
Fill the pitcher no more than half way with milk. Rest the nozzle of the steamer
about a half inch under the surface of the milk and turn the steam on. As the milk expands, raise the nozzle to remain about a half inch from the
surface.
Do not boil the milk or it will taste burnt. The steamed milk should have small bubbles throughout and a foam on top. It's easy to
do with a little practice.
